Melissa Boyle BSc, DVM

Education: Ontario Veterinary College, University of Guelph

Dr. Boyle graduated with honours from the Ontario Veterinary College in 2008.  She also earned an honours undergraduate degree in Animal Biology from the University of Guelph.

Since her graduation, Dr. Boyle has become the primary surgeon at the Grey Bruce Pet Hospital.  She performs spays and neuters, soft tissue and orthopaedic procedures, obstetrical surgeries, and dentals.  She has a special interest in analgesia and anesthesia.  She is also certified by VetStem to administer stem cells as an adjunct to her patients traditional therapies.

Dr. Boyle lives in Owen Sound with her four-legged family – a female long hair Chihuahua named Vivi, and a female blue lynx point Ragdoll named Gia.
